years the New Jersey Manufactured Housing Association has been the
leading source of information on manufactured homes in New Jersey.
NJMHA provides information to homebuyers and to those
that develop and market factory built housing. We provide
information on the homes, their locations, and the various
lifestyles to those purchasing everything from starter homes to
retirement homes.
The primary goal of New Jersey
Manufactured Housing Association is to provide accurate, timely
information on all aspects of manufactured home options to our
members and to the general public.
Manufactured homes are available in private land lease communities,
sub-divisions, condominiums and for placement
on individual building lots. Manufactured homes are a natural for
rural, suburban or urban building settings. Our primary purpose is
to provide affordable, high quality housing options to New Jersey
residents. Advances in the technology of factory built housing are
remarkable: the results are virtually an unlimited selection of
architectural designs and floor plans.
For those who are developing and operating land lease communities, we have
trade publications, handbooks, and manuals that provide you the information you
need.
The state of New Jersey has comprehensive laws and
regulations. NJMHA
works with the legislative body and regulatory agencies in developing
and
amending laws and regulations that are favorable for our industry as
well as
the homebuyer.
NJMHA has been headquartered in our factory built
office complex near the
State Capital of Trenton, in neighboring Hamilton Township since 2001. |
